Paper Towel Holder Shelf Hidden Compartment Handcrafted Rustic Hand Gun Safe Handcrafted paper towel rack shelf with a hidden compartment.. It is made of walnut stained distressed knotty pine. The approximate outside measurements- 16″ side to side, 8″ front to back and 14″ tall. The hidden area is 1 3/4″ deep, 12″ side to side and 5 1/2″ front to back. It includes a carpet liner to rest your valuables on. It is easy to access, simply lift the shelf base off for quick access. Excellent place to stash a hand gun, cash, jewelry, etc. The paper towel rack will hold 5″ and 6″ diameter rolls. The knobs on the bottom are a neat place to hang aprons, oven mitts etc. Mounting hardware to install on solid wood or drywall surfaces included. For solid mounting in drywall you will need to install 1 of the wood screws into a wall stud and use the heavy duty drywall anchor in the other hole. The gun, sunflower decor and roll of paper towels pictured are for display purposes only and are not included with the shelf. It measures overall approximately 20 1/2″ side to side, 8″ front to back and 11″ tall. The drop down compartment has a usable area measuring 14″ wide, 5 1/2″ front to back and 1 3/4″ top to bottom. The bottom is covered with a carpet liner. You have quick access to the bottom compartment by pulling the disguised pin on the side. It looks like a decorative part of the shelf. Rated at a 20lb capacity total inside and out to be on the safe side. A velcro strap is mounted in the center to secure lose items. It has 2 pre drilled holes for mounting. Mounting hardware to install on solid wood or drywall surfaces included. For solid mounting in drywall you will need to install 1 of the wood screws into a wall stud and use the heavy duty drywall anchor in the other hole. Handcrafted shelf with a hidden compartment.. It is made of distressed knotty pine and has been stained walnut. The approximate outside measurements- 16 1/2″ side to side, 7 1/4″ front to back and 3 1/2″ tall. The hidden area is 1 3/4″ deep, 131/2″ side to side and 5″ front to back. In between the blocks that hold the shelf base in place measures 11 1/2″. It includes a carpet liner to rest your valuables on. It is easy to access, simply lift the shelf bottom off for quick access. Excellent place to stash a hand gun, cash, jewelry, etc. There are 2 pre-drilled holes for mounting. Mounting hardware to install on either a solid wood surface or drywall included. On drywall installs you will use a wood screw in one hole into a wall stud and a heavy duty drywall anchor in the other hole. Rated at 20lbs inside and out to be on the safe side. Comes unfinished (no stain) or choose from 4 different stain color options (gunstock, jacobean, red mahogany, and walnut). The shelf pictured is stained walnut. Handcrafted fireplace mantle shelf with a hidden compartment. Its made of distressed pine for a rustic look. It measures overall approximately 49 1/2″ side to side, 11 1/4″ front to back and 5 1/2″ tall. The hidden compartment has a usable area measuring 43 1/2″ wide, 9″ front to back and 4″ top to bottom. The bottom is covered with a soft automotive type carpet liner. You have quick access to the compartment by pulling on either the right or left top corner of the compartment door. The hidden door drops down. The hinges are spring loaded. They hold the door in both the open and closed positions. Screws are used to assemble the primary supporting structure . Due to the weight of the shelf (about 19lbs) along with whatever you may put in and on it, it will need to be mounted to a solid surface. I have pre-drilled it to mount up to both 16″ and 24″ o.c. wall studs. 4 lag screws with washers for mounting included. To install it you will need to drill four 3/16″ pilot holes and install the screws using a ratchet with a 12″ extension. Comes unfinished (no stain) or choose from 4 different stain color options (gunstock, jacobean, red mahogany, and walnut). The shelf pictured is stained walnut.
